1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777xd platform, including the website at 777xd.win and any associated services, features, or content made available through the platform. 777xd provides an online gaming environment covering sports betting, live casino, slots, and related entertainment products.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 777xd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or had your account closed by 777xd for a breach of these Terms.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above. False declarations regarding eligibility will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777xd. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or a false identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact information, and any additional details requested during the registration or verification process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777xd account login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 777xd support immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

777xd may at any time request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, after large wins, or as part of routine compliance checks. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.4 One Account Per Person

If more than one account is found to be registered to the same individual — identified by CNIC number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — all associated accounts will be closed. Any PKR balance across those accounts may be forfeited at 777xd's discretion depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 777xd are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 777xd account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the deposit section of the platform at the time of transaction. 777xd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must belong to you personally.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete on your account. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 777xd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicated within the withdrawal section of the platform.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered during deposit and withdrawal requests are accurate. 777xd is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts due to errors in the payment details you provide.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

777xd monitors transactions for unusual patterns. Where transactions appear inconsistent with normal account activity or raise concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse those transactions pending investigation.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 777xd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game type in question, as well as the general betting rules set out here. Placing a bet on 777xd constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

777xd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided if accepted in error. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

5.2 Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket betting on 777xd covers Pakistan Super League fixtures, international T20 matches, Test cricket, and other major tournaments. If a match is abandoned, rain-affected, or does not produce an official result, bets are typically voided and PKR stakes returned. If an official result is declared via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, bets settle according to the official result. Specific settlement rules for individual markets are stated within each market.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on cricket, football, and esports events. 777xd is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or modifying live bets. Any bet accepted by the platform before an event outcome is determined will stand subject to the applicable market rules.

5.4 Errors and Technical Issues

In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or system errors — 777xd reserves the right to void affected b ets and return PKR stakes. The platform will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players. Technical glitches on the player's device, browser, or internet connection do not constitute grounds for bet voidance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 777xd may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, or other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general principles that apply to all promotions on 777xd are set out below.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unmet bonus balance will expire and be removed from the account.

6.2 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per player and once per household. Attempts to claim welcome offers multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

6.3 Promotional Abuse

777xd reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel bonus balances, and close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers, using systematic or automated strategies to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise abusing the spirit of a promotion. This includes but is not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.

6.4 Platform's Right to Modify Offers

777xd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, provided those bonuses are within their stated validity period.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777xd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share account access, or conduct any form of match fixing or spot fixing.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illicit purpose.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification processes.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 777xd staff or other users.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content or software from the 777xd platform.

777xd actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the platform may take immediate action including account closure and legal referral without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 777xd or its content licensors and is protected accordingly. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, reproduce, or distribute any 777xd intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activities. Any commercial use, systematic downloading, scraping, or redistribution of platform content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

777xd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party outages may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xd's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue. 777xd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

777xd is not responsible for any third-party services — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, banks, or mobile wallet providers — and any issues arising from those services. Disputes with payment providers should be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

777xd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, that prohibited conduct has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of betting markets.

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 777xd account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately and take precedence over standard account closure procedures.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

Where an account is suspended by 777xd following a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance in the account will be held pending investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed per the player's preference.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 777xd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any administrative action is taken on a dormant account. Any PKR balance in a dormant account remains the property of the player and will be returned upon verified request.

12. Changes to These Terms

777xd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect players' rights or obligations — reasonable notice will be given before the changes take effect, typically by displaying a notice on the platform or by email to registered accounts.

Continued use of the 777xd platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
